Mistakes happen.

If you decide you bought the wrong book or gift--for any reason-- we will be happy to refund your order. The item must be returned to us in new and undamaged condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Mistakes on our end.

Did you receive the wrong book or gift or is something missing from your order? No problem--just email us through your order confirmation email or at sami (at) detourbooks (dot) com and we will start the return, refund or exchange process right away. We'll also send out a pre-paid mailer for the items to be returned when it's our "oops-- that's not right."

We will always make return email inquiries a priority. Expect to hear back from us in 24 to 48 hours.
